Sanlorenzo Yachts UK has appointed Joe Hill as Senior Sales Broker and Brokerage Director, strengthening its new yacht sales and brokerage operation as the business continues to expand its presence in the UK.
Part of the Ancasta Group, Sanlorenzo Yachts UK represents the Italian shipyard’s range of yachts and superyachts in the UK and Ireland, alongside its innovative Bluegame brand.
With almost 30 years of experience across the marine industry, Joe joins the team from a British motor yacht manufacturer, where he has spent the last 11 years focusing on luxury yacht sales and developing specialist knowledge of the large yacht segment – a sector where the complexities of yacht acquisition and ownership demand a highly specialised approach.
His career began working onboard yachts, including several years as a professional captain, before moving into new yacht sales and brokerage. This combination of operational and commercial experience has given Joe a detailed understanding of the practical and technical considerations involved in larger yacht ownership, alongside a proven background in sales, brokerage and new-build projects.

In his new role, Joe will represent the full Sanlorenzo and Bluegame fleets while expanding the company’s brokerage offering in the larger yacht sector. He will work closely with clients throughout the ownership journey, from initial consultation and model selection through to the highly collaborative ‘co-creation’ design and build process for which Sanlorenzo is globally recognised.

Joe will officially take up his new position on 1 October 2026 and will be primarily based at the Sanlorenzo Yachts UK London showroom on Park Lane, Mayfair.
